Start in a push-up position with your feet on a bench and your hands directly beneath your shoulders, your feet should be hip-width apart. This is the starting position.
Keep your body straight and your hips level—not allowing your pelvis to drop to the floor or raise in the air as you fatigue.
Hold the high plank position for the specified amount of time.
You should feel it in your core, shoulders, and torso.
