Trainer: Ashley Steele
Start by sitting on the ground, with torso leaning back at a 45-degree angle. Extend your legs out fully, and lift your heels 2 inches off the ground. Bend your arms in 90-degree elbow flexion, and interlock your fingers.
Start rotating your torso toward your left knee and simultaneously bring your knees toward your chest. Keep your feet off the ground.
Lower your torso back down, returning to the starting position, and repeat to the opposite side.
