How to Rotation Jump

Exercise Families: Cardio

Equipment: Bodyweight

Trainer: Ashley Steele

Steps:

  1. Stand in an athletic stance with knees shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and arms bent at 90 degrees.

  2. Begin to hop, rotating your hips to the right while maintaining a straight spine. Quickly hop back to the starting position, rotating your hips back to neutral.

  3. Repeat on the opposite side and continue the rotation hops pushing yourself to maximize speed and form.
