How to Toe Reach Hold

  1. Lie on your back, elbows fully extended and knees slightly bent. Tighten your core to lift your shoulders off the ground and curl your trunk up and forward.

  2. Without moving the legs, tighten the core to lift your shoulder blades off the ground. Curl the trunk up and forward as you try to touch the feet with your fingertips.

  3. Once you reach the highest point, hold the up-position for the specified amount of repetitions.

  4. Be sure to keep the core strong with the shoulder blades lifted off the floor.

  5. You should feel this working the abs, obliques, and hips.
