How to Tricep Push-Up
Exercise Families: Push-Up
Equipment: Med Ball
Trainer: Ashley Steele
Start in the classic push-up position with your hands on top of a med ball.
Keeping your torso stable and hips square to the ground, bend your elbows to lower your body toward the floor.
Pause a few inches before your chest touches the medicine ball and push yourself up to the starting position. Repeat the tricep push-up for the specified amount of time.
- You should feel this working the chest, back of the arms, and triceps.
