  1. Interval training (HIIT) can be performed on most pieces of exercise equipment or at home without equipment!

  2. When performing HIIT on an exercise bike, pedal as fast as you can for the specified amount of time. Unlock your fat-burning potential by giving maximal effort during each interval (work) period.

  3. HIIT Options: Jumps, running sprints, battle ropes, run in place, mountain climbers, burpees, jump ropes, or any movement that elevates the heart-rate.
