Hayden Steele is a strength coach, personal trainer, Muscle Activation Techniques Therapist, and business partner at Inertia Fitness, located in the heart of Oklahoma City.
Hayden created the SHOCK: Workouts and Fitness App available in the Apple App Store.
He has worked with models, fitness competitors, five first-round NFL draft picks, and over twenty professional athletes.

Hayden's diverse background makes him unique as a professional fitness trainer. He began his career at Oklahoma State University as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Cowboys Football program. Hayden later became the Head Strength Coach at Oklahoma State for Men's and Women's Tennis.
In 2009, Hayden coached Aleksandr Nedovyesov, who was honored as the Campbell/ITA National College Players of the Year.
The ITA Player of the Year Award is the highest honor any player can be given in NCAA Division I Men's Collegiate Tennis.
